Maree is our lead yoga teacher and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team. Her international exposure and years of experience really show as she effortlessly guides you through your practice.

 

Maree teaches mindful, feel good, alignment based yoga. Her style ranges from slow flow to vinyasa and from rhythmical, flowy movement to long, juicy holds. Classes are harmonious and mood-elevating, with just the right amount of challenge. Known for her soothing voice, she uses clear concise cues to guide students to deeper levels of their practice.

Maree sees yoga as much more than a collection of asana. It is a way to harness your inner power. It is a path to stillness. Yoga keeps your body supple and flexible. Expect mantra, meditation and a smooth, seamless sequence of poses designed to open, steady and strengthen the mind and body.
