Enter the unit through a shared staircase where Sunrise Studio is on the first floor and Tranquility house is on the second floor. Both are completely private.

When entering the unit you will discover a space of rest and relaxation.

A spacious lounge with incredible views doubles up as your home studio. There is a guest bathroom with a beautiful relaxing bath that overlooks the valley. An indoor fireplace ensures that no one gets cold at night.

 

Outside we have an incredible garden that borders Little Lions Head and a pool deck that overlooks Hout Bay and Chapmans Peak. Take the spiral staircase to up a level and you will find the sleeping areas and office. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower and a connected office. The second and third bedrooms are totally private however, they share a bathroom and shower. This level also boasts a viewing/meditation deck with the best view in the house.
